The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in one of the following two specialized areas: • Personal Injury Specialist:2-5+ years of experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury cases, such as those involving catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, or wrongful death. You excel in client communication during difficult times and have a confident, assertive approach in the courtroom. • Civil Litigator with Federal Expertise:2-5+ years of experience in complex civil litigation, preferably in federal court. This includes matters such as commercial disputes, professional liability, employment law, or other federal actions. You are comfortable and proficient in navigating federal procedures and rules.
