Automation & AI Developer

We are hiring an Automation & AI Developer to design and build AI-powered systems that improve business operations. This role combines technical execution with strategic thinking. You will assess workflows, identify automation opportunities, and build scalable solutions using AI tools and automation platforms. You'll also create clear documentation and enable non-technical teams to operate systems independently. This is a client-facing role requiring both strong technical ability and the ability to communicate solutions clearly.

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field • Background in software development or system architecture • Hands-on experience with automation tools (Zapier and/or Make) • Experience using AI tools in development workflows (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) • Strong understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations • Experience with GitHub (version control, repositories) • Experience with cloud infrastructure / virtual servers • WordPress development or administration experience • Strong written English and documentation skills • Ability to work with US Pacific Time overlap • Experience with Python or similar scripting language • Familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel, Mindbody, or Acuity • Experience in client-facing or consulting environments • Experience assessing systems and recommending automation solutions • Strong problem-solver who thinks in systems, not tasks • Able to balance strategy and execution • Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts simply • Proactive and comfortable working independently • Practical mindset — tests ideas before scaling
