Business Advisor - Inside Sales

Australia Wide, Work from Home | Full-time | Permanent WFH Job code: S21198AU Before you read any further, answer these five questions honestly. ────────────────────────────────────────── Q1. Do you have a strong track record in inside sales, telesales or phone-based account management? YES - You have done this before and your numbers back you up. You know how to build relationships over the phone and you are proud of what you have delivered. NO - If you are new to phone-based sales this role will be a stretch. We need someone who can hit the ground running from a home office from day one. ────────────────────────────────────────── Q2. Can you manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close, completely from home? YES - You know how to run your own pipeline and manage your day without someone standing over you. You do not need to be micro-managed to perform. You have the structure and discipline to get results from home and you have proved it before. NO - If you need an office environment or a manager close by to stay on track, this probably is not the right fit. This role is built for people who thrive independently. ────────────────────────────────────────── Q3. Does a total package of $95.8K with a guaranteed 50% OTE for your first three months work for you? YES - Your secured package is base $65K plus 12% super $7.8K plus $23K OTE. The first three months come with a guaranteed 50% OTE so you can settle in without financial pressure. After that your effort drives your income. NO - If you need a higher base to commit, we understand. This role rewards performance, not tenure. ────────────────────────────────────────── Q4. Are you genuinely comfortable building rapport and trust entirely over the phone and video? YES - You are not relying on body language or in-person chemistry. You know how to make a real connection in the first 30 seconds of a call and keep clients coming back. NO - If you find phone-only relationship building difficult, a field-based role like our BDM or Sales Account Manager positions may be a better fit. ────────────────────────────────────────── Q5. Do you live regionally, rurally or face a long commute that is eating into your day? YES - This role was built for exactly that situation. Permanent WFH, no office, no commute, and a career with a genuinely growing business. Your location is not a barrier here, it is irrelevant. NO - Not regional? No problem. This role is open to anyone in Australia who meets the brief. The WFH setup works wherever you are. ────────────────────────────────────────── Still reading? Good.
