Position: Pharmacist Type:Contract Compensation:$75–$120/hour Location:Remote Role Responsibilities • Confirm interaction, dosing, or contraindication findings against the patient's full medication list and chart. • Catch missed interactions, stale patient data, and monograph guidance superseded by newer Special Alerts. • Judge completeness of the clinical picture, ensuring all active meds, labs, and comorbidities are considered. • Distinguish "permitted" from "appropriate" and flag poor drug choices for specific patients. • Verify that clinical conclusions are carried through with order updates, prescriber notifications, and documentation.
