Delivery, Manager

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of software development, digital transformation, and IT projects from initiation through deployment and handover. • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, quality, risks, and dependencies. • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including software development, QA, DevOps, business analysis, and other technical functions. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, managing expectations, requirements, escalations, and delivery updates. • Manage Agile/Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery governance. • Monitor project progress and delivery performance through KPIs, SLAs, sprint velocity, burndown, defect rates, and milestone completion. • Identify and resolve project risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies in a timely manner. • Manage relationships with vendors, third-party providers, and technology partners. • Ensure solutions meet business requirements, technical standards, quality expectations, and compliance requirements. • Manage project resources, team capacity, workload, and delivery priorities. • Monitor project financial performance and ensure delivery remains within the approved budget. • Coordinate project planning, status reporting, governance meetings, and executive-level updates. • Ensure effective testing, quality assurance, deployment, and client handover. • Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, lessons learned, and post-implementation reviews. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. • 6–8+ years of experience in IT delivery, project management, software development management, or digital transformation. • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Delivery Manager, Delivery Lead, or similar leadership role. • Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise software, web, mobile, or digital transformation projects. • Strong experience in client-facing project delivery and stakeholder management. • Experience managing external vendors, third-party providers, and technology partners. • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and/or hybrid delivery methodologies. • Good understanding of SDLC, software development, cloud technologies, APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications. • Experience working with technologies such as .NET, Azure, OutSystems, Creatio, or similar enterprise technology platforms is preferre
