• Lead and manage the architectural design team throughout all stages of design development. • Coordinate and review architectural designs ensuring compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and local regulations. • Develop and implement design strategies to optimize project outcomes and quality. • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated design solutions. • Monitor design progress and quality, providing guidance and support to team members. • Manage design schedules, budgets, and resource allocation effectively. • Conduct design reviews, approve drawings, and ensure documentation is complete and accurate. • Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, technologies, and best practices. • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field. • Minimum 15 years of experience in architectural design, with significant experience in design management roles. • Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), and construction processes. • Proven leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. • Familiarity with Saudi building codes and regulations is preferred. • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines effectively.
