Missions
• Oversee and execute the implementation of multiple, concurrent ad campaigns, across display and paid social, from start to finish and ensure successful, timely execution according to contracts/IOs, media plans, and client KPIs.
• Optimize inventory management for ad placements on owned and operated channels (display and paid social), newsletters, native content, and others, updating and training internal team members as needed.
• Serve as a support lead for sales and marketing teams, providing expert knowledge on all digital capabilities.
• Serve as subject matter expert for quality assurance and troubleshooting for Digital department, (e.g. 3P Ad Servers, Rich media, Viewability/Fraud, Tags, Ad Tech, MOAT/DV/IAS, etc).
• Work with clients and agencies to manage technical implementation of third-party rich media creative. Thoroughly test and QA all ads prior to launch.
• Track and optimize campaign performance over time and provide performance and trend data to help shape future campaign strategy.
• Research, pitch, and help implement strategies and tools to improve ad serving, reporting, creative development/management, audience growth, and general campaign performance metrics (viewability, fraud, conversion, etc.).
• Coordinate with outsourced vendor and network partners, handling administrative and technical tasks associated with launching campaigns.
• Directly manage other ad ops team members and external ad ops resources
Profil recherché
• 5+ years experience in an advertising operations, paid social and/or audience development role, either at an agency or at a publisher, strongly preferred.
• 1+ years managing a team of direct reports
• Required skills: Google Ad Manager, proficiency in third-party tracking tags/pixels and reporting platforms, data analysis, client-facing experience, personnel management
• Preferred skills: Paid Social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest), Funnel, Asana, Experience with third-party verification partners (MOAT/DV/IAS), Google Workspace, Dropbox, Slack
• Well suited to work in a nimble, highly matrixed environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Her Campus Media is seeking a Director of Advertising Operations to spearhead the execution and management of digital advertising campaigns for our brand and agency partners. In this role, you will oversee the implementation of mid- to large-scale digital marketing campaigns and serve as the escalation point and collaborative partner for team members across Sales, Planning, Integrated Marketing, and Creative to ensure successful delivery and ongoing optimization of all digital campaigns.
As a senior member of the HCM team, you will help drive innovation, growth, and strategy for our digital offerings and play a key people-management role by supervising junior digital marketers as our team continues to expand. This role reports to the AVP of Strategic Growth & Product Innovation, with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
