Missions
• Great e-learning isn’t information dropped onto a screen. It’s the right content, thoughtfully designed around how people learn.
• As ourE-Learning Instructional Designer, you’ll work with subject matter experts to transform complex knowledge into clear, engaging, and effective digital learning experiences for an Australian organization.
• You’ll take learning fromstoryboard to screen—combining instructional design, Articulatedevelopment, multimedia, LMS/SCORM implementation, and quality assurance to create resources that look good, work reliably, and achieve their learning objectives.
• You’ll also have room to improve what already exists, recommending better instructional approaches, processes, and technologies that strengthen the overall learner experience.
• Develop interactive digital and multimedia learning materials usingArticulate.
• Transform subject matter expert (SME) content into effective online learning experiences.
• Create storyboards, instructional copy, and audio/video scripts.
• Develop and manage learning content forLearning Management System (LMS) and SCORMenvironments.
• Conduct usability testing and quality assurance (QA) of e-learning resources.
• Ensure learning materials meet relevant standards, visual guidelines, copyright, and intellectual property requirements.
• Develop resources and training to support effective e-learning delivery.
• Support e-learning design, development, implementation, and handover processes.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Review existing learning programs and recommend improvements to instructional methods and delivery.
• Monitor instructional design and learning technology trends and recommend improvements where appropriate.

E-Learning Instructional Designer - Remote (6-month Contract)

Role Overview

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
•
2+ years of relevant experiencein instructional design, education and training, and/or relevant tertiary qualifications in e-learning technology or instructional design.
• Hands-on experience creating interactive multimedia learning usingArticulate.
• Experience working with aLearning Management System (LMS).
• Strong understanding ofSCORM.
• Strong visual design and storyboarding skills.
• Experience writing instructional content and audio/video scripts.
• BasicHTML & CSSknowledge for minor code amendments.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to quality, usability, deadlines, and learning outcomes.
• RTO experience is not required for this role.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience withMoodle.
