Enterprise Account Executive - New England

At Doppel, we believe enterprise sales should feel different: transparent, consultative, and focused on solving real customer problems, not forcing a deal. We’re building a sales culture where enterprise customers feel respected and understood, and where long-term trust matters more than short-term wins. We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive (AE) to own your territory. As an AE, you’ll be the CEO of your patch - driving net-new business with the support of our Sales Development, Partner, and Solutions Engineering teams. You’ll build executive relationships, close high-value SaaS deals, and help define how Doppel scales in enterprise. • Drive new business with enterprise accounts (companies with $2.5 billion in revenue & above). • Run full-cycle sales: prospect, qualify, guide through evaluation, and close. • Lead consultative conversations with senior business and technical buyers. • Close six-figure deals while maintaining transparency and integrity. • Partner closely with resellers, Finance, Marketing, and Product to deliver value. • Share field insights to influence product roadmap, pricing, and messaging. • Mentor newer sales teammates once established in role.

• 6+ years of experience, including 3+ in enterprise SaaS or security sales. • Proven ability to land and expand large, multi-stakeholder accounts. • Strong consultative sales skills (MEDDPICC or similar). • Ability to navigate procurement and negotiate enterprise contracts. • Excellent communication and presentation skills across business + technical audiences. • Resilient, analytical, and creative: you find paths to “yes” before “no.” • Familiarity with enterprise security products is a plus, but not required.

• Competitive base + uncapped commission (with accelerators). • Meaningful equity, you’ll share in Doppel’s success. • Remote-first culture + flexible work. • Unlimited PTO, health benefits, parental leave, etc. • A high-growth environment where your impact is immediate and visible. We are hiring in select territories across the United States. Candidates must be authorized to work in the territory in which they're working. We are not currently able to sponsor visas. The base salary range for this role is $150,000–$160,000, with an on-target earnings (OTE) range of $300,000–$320,000. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and consider all applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status. We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations to applicants and employees with disabilities. Please let us know if you require any accommodation during the application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, or to access the benefits and privileges of employment.
