We’re looking for someone to:
• Partner with Procurement, Legal, accounting and business stakeholders to manage the transition and mobilisation of the new On Board Service offer (anticipated May 2027)
• Assess accounting, reporting and control implications of the new service, working with the Accounting & Reporting Team embed these into BAU processes helping to coordinate finance readiness ahead of go-live. Identify and deliver opportunities to improve processes through automation, and responsible use of AI
• Define reporting requirements, data sources, KPIs and performance measures with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support monthly close process, ensuring accurate cost reporting and commentary against budget and forecast.
• Lead quarterly performance reviews and drive delivery of the budgeting process for assigned business areas.
• Analyse performance, identify risks and opportunities, and prepare robust business cases for capital expenditure.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships, provide tailored financial insights, and champion governance compliance.
• Foster a high-performance environment, balancing priorities with resilience and emotional intelligence.
What you’ll bring
• An internationally recognised professional accountancy qualification, part qualification, or university equivalent.
• Ability to navigate change and operate in an ever-changing environment.
• Advanced ability to think holistically about risks and opportunities and present persuasive recommendations.
• Strong influencing skills across Finance and non-Finance teams, including international stakeholders.
• A collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively across functions, build trust and deliver shared outcomes.
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills to simplify complex data for diverse audiences.
• Expertise in financial planning tools for budgets, forecasts, and reporting (Adaptive Planning is a plus).
• Proficiency in French is desirable but not essential.
• Experience with AI and automation is desirable.

An exciting opportunity awaits you as Finance Business Partner (12 month FTC) in our Finance, Strategy & Transformation team. The Finance Business Partner is part of a team that enables all functions across Eurostar Group to manage financial performance, cash flow and capital expenditure to achieve budget targets and the longer-term strategic objectives of Eurostar Group. This is achieved by reporting accurate financial information, providing insight through data analysis and offering financial expertise to ExCo and their teams.
This 12 month fixed-term position can be based in either our London or Brussels office, with hybrid working (there is an expectation to be in the office 2 days per week).
The close date for this role is 14th October 2026.

Une opportunité passionnante vous attend en tant que Partenaire financier (contrat à durée déterminée de 12 mois) au sein de notre équipe Finance, Stratégie et Transformation. Le Partenaire financier fait partie d’une équipe qui permet à toutes les fonctions du groupe Eurostar de gérer la performance financière, la trésorerie et les dépenses d’investissement afin d’atteindre les objectifs budgétaires et les objectifs stratégiques à long terme du groupe Eurostar. Pour ce faire, il communique des informations financières précises, apporte des éclairages grâce à l’analyse des données et met son expertise financière au service du comité exécutif et de ses équipes.
Ce poste à durée déterminée de 12 mois peut être basé soit dans nos bureaux de Londres, soit dans ceux de Bruxelles, avec un mode de travail hybride (une présence au bureau de 2 jours par semaine est attendue).

De Finance Business Partner maakt deel uit van een team dat alle afdelingen binnen de Eurostar Group in staat stelt om de financiële prestaties, de cashflow en de kapitaaluitgaven te beheren, zodat de begrotingsdoelstellingen en de strategische langetermijndoelstellingen van de Eurostar Group worden gerealiseerd. Dit wordt bereikt door nauwkeurige financiële informatie te rapporteren, inzicht te verschaffen via data-analyse en financiële expertise aan te bieden aan het ExCo en hun teams.
