• Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney required. • Active Georgia state specific real estate license (salesperson or broker) required. • Georgia Real Estate Instructor license required. • Previous instruction and/or training experience required. • Computer with an HD camera and microphone required. • Quiet, dedicated office space with strong internet connection required. • DREI certification preferred. • Schedule flexibility. Instructors use company provided content and course materials to teach pre-licensing, continuing education, and post licensing courses, depending on where the need is and the instructor’s specialty.
