Intermediate Superintendent (Construction)
Maple Reinders is currently looking to add a Construction Superintendent to our team based out of Mississauga, Ontario. Projects may be located throughout Ontario across both our Buildings and Civil divisions, including wastewater and water infrastructure, Defence Canada, advanced manufacturing, and food processing facilities.
As an Intermediate Superintendent, you will support the successful delivery of construction projects by leading site activities, coordinating trades, and maintaining strong safety and quality standards. You will work closely with project teams while continuing to develop your leadership capabilities.

• Direct field operations while adhering to schedules, budgets, safety, and risk requirements.
• Effectively manage field employees and subcontractors.
• Assist in developing and executing project work plans.
• Coordinate daily site operations and project activities.
• Build positive working relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
We are focused on candidates who currently have:
• 5+ years of Superintendent or foreperson leadership experience with a General Contractor.
• Experience on commercial, institutional, industrial, civil, infrastructure, or related construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and site coordination.
• Working knowledge of health and safety requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Windows-based applications.
• Post-secondary construction-related education would be considered an asset.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000/year (depending on experience and budget approval)
Location: Based in Mississauga, ON with projects located throughout Ontario.
