IT Governance Officer

• Monitoring IT governance, compliance, risks, and key performance/risk indicators (KPIs/KRIs). • Reviewing IT systems, processes, projects, and services to ensure compliance with approved policies, procedures, and governance requirements. • Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of IT governance frameworks and standards such as COBIT and ITIL. • Monitoring IT projects, SLAs, OLAs, and vendor performance, and escalating any significant gaps or risks. • Identifying governance and compliance gaps and providing recommendations and corrective actions. • Supporting Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery activities related to IT. • Contributing to the development and enhancement of IT governance policies, procedures, and controls. • Release Management: In conjunction with application and infrastructure teams, track configuration items and maintain technical documentation control • Promoting awareness and adherence to IT governance, risk, compliance, and information security requirements. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any related field. • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in IT Governance. • Excellent English (conversation and writing) skills. • Knowledge of IT processes and controls and strong understanding of risk and control frameworks such as (COBIT, ISO, NIST, ITIL, PCI)
