Junior Application Support Engineer ( Java )

• Investigate and troubleshoot production incidents. • Develop and maintain applications used for system monitoring • Involved in Incident Management meetings for major production incidents • Assist in coordinating and managing system stability operations such Disaster Recovery exercises and Quarterly Maintenance as part of SRE team • Participate in the review of changes and its impact on the system as part of the Change Approval Board • Contribute on the implementation of best practices for SRE
