• Perform land surveys using various surveying instruments and technologies, including GPS and total stations. • Collect, analyze, and interpret field data to produce detailed survey maps and reports. • Demarcate property boundaries and stake out construction layouts according to project specifications. • Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to provide accurate site information. • Ensure compliance with local surveying standards, regulations, and safety procedures. • Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment for optimal performance. • Prepare documentation, including legal descriptions and survey certificates. • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry. • Proficiency in using surveying instruments and software such as AutoCAD, GIS, and GPS technology. • Strong understanding of local land surveying laws and regulations. • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. • Good communication and teamwork abilities. • Ability to work on-site under various environmental conditions.
