Lead Enterprise UX Designer

This is a senior, hands-on role reporting directly to the Head of UX. You will lead major initiatives, mentor other designers, and help maintain our design system and UX standards.</p> <p>Your initial work will focus on enterprise security products that identify cryptographic risk and help security teams prioritize remediation. Later work will include optimization software for warehouse operations and customer-facing machine-learning solutions for areas such as predictive maintenance and production forecasting.</p> <p>The role requires strong qualitative research, systems thinking, information architecture, and interaction design. You will participate in Product-led ideation and event storming sessions, conduct user interviews, contribute to surveys, and work closely with Engineering on integration, permissions, data, and implementation constraints.</p> <p>Some projects require polished interfaces for demonstrations and executive communication. Production solutions often need to fit into systems customers already use. The design problems therefore extend beyond screens to how complex technical capabilities fit into real enterprise workflows.
