Performance Analysis & Reporting • Track retail and D2C logistics KPIs and turn them into actionable insights. • Use partner reports and internal dashboards to identify risks, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities. • Maintain clear SOPs, documentation, and performance reporting for internal visibility. Cross-Functional Coordination • Act as the communication bridge between Logistics, Inside Sales, Retail, E-Commerce, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and external partners. • Keep stakeholders informed of critical operational updates, risks, and changes. • Lead root-cause investigations and coordinate quick resolutions to protect customer experience.
