Manager - Project Management Design - Mixed-Use - Urban Core (REQ737)

• Manage and coordinate the design process from concept through detailed design and construction delivery. • Support the development and implementation of project design strategies, programmes and deliverables. • Coordinate multidisciplinary design consultants, contractors and key project stakeholders. • Monitor design progress, identify risks and drive timely resolution of design and interface issues. • Manage design reviews, technical coordination, approvals and design change processes. • Ensure designs meet project requirements, quality standards, constructability and delivery objectives. • Work closely with Development, Commercial, Construction, Planning and other project functions. • Support procurement activities, consultant management and contractor design coordination. • Provide clear reporting on design progress, risks, key decisions and required actions. • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline. • At least 7+ years of experience in design management and project management within major construction or development programmes. • Experience delivering large-scale mixed-use, commercial, retail, hospitality or urban development projects. • Strong understanding of the full design lifecycle through to construction and handover. • Client-side/developer experience preferred, with strong consultant and contractor coordination capabilities. • Middle East and major complex development experience highly advantageous.
