Partnerships Development Manager

We're looking for a strategic, execution-oriented Partnership Development Manager to build and scale enablement for our Microsoft partnership and, over time, our broader partner ecosystem — working closely with Causaly's internal go-to-market teams to activate it. The role sits at the intersection of life sciences expertise, AI/data platform positioning, Microsoft co-sell and marketplace motions, and scientific storytelling. About us: Causaly is redefining how humans acquire knowledge and develop insights in biomedicine. Our AI-powered platform enables researchers and decision-makers to discover and interpret evidence from millions of scientific publications, clinical trials, regulatory documents, and other complex data sources in minutes. We are building the world’s most advanced biomedical knowledge platform, powered by a high-precision Knowledge Graph and GenAI capabilities. Our technology is already used by leading biopharmaceutical organizations to accelerate drug discovery, improve safety, and drive better decision-making. Backed by top-tier investors including ICONIQ, Index Ventures, Pentech, and Marathon, we are scaling rapidly and expanding our product suite and market presence.  Our partnership with Microsoft is central to how we reach enterprise life sciences customers — spanning Azure, the Microsoft life sciences and healthcare ecosystem, Azure Marketplace, and Microsoft's global field and partner organization. As we scale this partnership, alongside other hyperscaler and ISV relationships, we're building a dedicated partnership enablement function so Microsoft sellers, solution architects, and industry advisors can confidently position, demonstrate, and sell Causaly's capabilities and scientific value.
