Performance Marketer, Paid Social

- Run paid social end to end. Own Meta as a core channel. You set the account structure, the audiences, the bids, the budgets, and the targets, and you know when to lean on Advantage+ and when to take back control. - Open new channels. Test TikTok, Snap, Reddit and other social platforms with a clear hypothesis and a clear kill or scale call. Grow the ones that earn it, and hold them to the same efficiency bar as Meta. - Automate the day-to-day. Build agents and automations with Lovable that read performance, pace and shift budgets, flag issues like creative fatigue before they cost us, and make the changes. The goal is a paid program that mostly runs itself, with you steering. - Scale through creative. Keep a steady supply of fresh, diversified assets in market, work with the creative team and creative strategist, and know which concepts to push, iterate, or retire. Volume and variety are what keep social working. - Protect the signal. This is where your technical depth shows up, and you deliver it yourself rather than handing it to a data team. Build and debug the tracking (Meta CAPI, TikTok Events API, pixels, consent, and deduplication), and write the queries that judge channels on incrementality, using lift tests and holdouts, not just platform-reported ROAS. - Stay in the details. You'll be in the accounts, running tests on audiences, placements, and creative, and building most of this yourself. This is a role for someone who wants their hands on the work.

- 7+ years running paid social. You've owned significant budgets on Meta, and you've run or tested at least one other social channel, such as TikTok, Snap, Reddit. - Automation-led. You don't do by hand what a script or an agent could do. You've built automations for reporting, budget pacing, or optimisation, and you're comfortable with platform APIs and pulling your own data. - Creative-obsessed. On social, the creative does most of the targeting. You know what makes a thumb stop, you can brief and iterate with the creative team, and you keep a high-volume, diversified pipeline moving: UGC, creator content, static, video. You've taken a paid social channel from small to large and kept it efficient on the way up. - Efficiency-minded. You think in CAC and payback, and you can tell efficient growth from spend that just looks like growth. - A disciplined tester. You know how to stand up a new channel properly: clean test design, enough budget to read a result, and the judgement to call it quickly either way. - Hands-on by choice. You'd rather be driving impact than in a deck. You like the detail, and you build things yourself. - Already building with AI. You use AI day to day, you're comfortable building agents, and you'll use Lovable to ship the tools this role runs on. - Technical spike. You go deep in at least one of: data analytics, data engineering, or tracking and measurement. You don't need all three at that level, but you need to be strong in one, comfortable in the rest, and delivering the work yourself.

TL;DR - We're looking for a hands-on paid social marketer to run Meta as our core channel and test other social platforms. You'll build agents with Lovable that read performance, move budgets, catch issues, and make changes. This is an IC role for someone senior who likes being in the detail and building the machine, not just operating it. WHY LOVABLE? Lovable is the software creation platform that gives people the power to act on the problems closest to them. For decades, turning an idea into software required so much capital, technical fluency, and time that many ideas never came to life. Lovable is the counterargument: a platform for all people with ideas, ambition, and problems worth solving. From solopreneurs to small business owners to teams at companies like Adidas and Zendesk, people have built over 60 million projects on Lovable since its launch in November 2024. And we’re just getting started. We’re building a generational company from Stockholm, with growing teams in London, Boston, New York, and San Francisco. Our team is small, talent-dense, and moving quickly, with a culture rooted in extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We look for people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world. Lovable is one of TIME’s 100 Most Influential Companies and has been recognized on the Forbes AI 50 and CNBC Disruptor 50, reflecting our momentum as one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI companies and one of the most ambitious places to build in this next era of software.
