Project Manager

• Project management experience • Experience building and fostering relationships with all teams in and outside the organization, from leadership and new clients to internal engineering teams • Experience managing a technical implementation and a cross-functional team like Development, Product, Quality Assurance, or DevOps • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with external stakeholders and internal product development teams • Exceptional attention to detail, including experience with, risk registers, status reports, client communications, or all sprint artifacts. • A high degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability. • Established background in launching software products and services in partnership with engineering teams. • Experience managing a team delivering functional software to production in a project management environment. • Experience coordinating multiple teams, and managing high-priority and strategic sprints for an organization • Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team! The Project Manager (Scrum master) reports to the Technical Implementation Manager and works with teams to deliver the sprint work, create all reporting, and manage all traditional Scrum master ceremonies and artifacts. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring multiple teams of developers deliver their sprint commitments. This role will help teams communicate, self-organize, and make quick changes, and coach teams to finish projects on time.
