Project Manager, Merchandising

• Own outcome-driven projects end-to-end: set the scope, timeline, and success metric upfront, then run execution independently (i.e., freelancer content batches, supplier data fixes, or full quality evaluation cycles) • Define what "good" means for your domain: build and validate datasets, set precision and recall targets, and keep both current as new failure patterns surface. • Build AI-powered quality checks: configure and orchestrate LLM-based workflows that replace manual review at scale. • Partner with senior stakeholders to scope ambiguous problems, then own execution independently: prioritize by data-backed impact over ticket volume, close gaps before they turn into blockers, and present your solutions with clarity and conviction.
