Sales Effectiveness Specialist

• Lead the monitoring and maintenance of the CRM reporting platform, ensuring data accuracy and preparing comprehensive analytical reports. • Conduct quality assurance activities, including regular follow-ups on meetings and sales activities, verifying client interactions, and ensuring the accuracy of sales reports, particularly for large and enterprise accounts. • Track KPIs for the sales team and individual agents, providing insights and recommendations for performance improvement. • Provide detailed reports and analysis to management, supporting informed decision-making and continuous improvement in sales quality. • Provide training and support to Sales Quality Assurance Executives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality standards.

Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field Experience • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, quality assurance, or a related field • Strong analytical experience • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills • Proficiency in using CRM systems and extracting reports to support performance tracking and decision-making Knowledge • Good understanding of CRM systems and sales operations • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools Skills • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Traits • Detail-oriented • Proactive and self-motivated • Reliable and trustworthy • Team player
