As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll work across product and strategy functions, interfacing with healthcare business leaders and the AI/ML team. Your primary focus will be on structuring opportunities, operationalizing data science initiatives, and driving product leadership in the healthcare analytics space. • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a product leadership role within a healthcare startup or mid-sized company • Impact Orientation: Ability to articulate and lead impact-focused projects, demonstrating clear results in healthcare analytics • Business Acumen: Strong experience interfacing with healthcare business leaders, helping integrate AI/ML models with healthcare strategy and operations • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with analytics toolkits and some exposure to technical tools like SQL, Azure, and Python is a plus, but hands-on coding is not the focus • Communication Skills: Comfortable interacting with senior healthcare leaders and translating complex insights into actionable healthcare business recommendations
