• 7+ years of relevant professional experience. • Strong hands-on experience with: Telco data modelling, TM Forum SID, BSS and OSS data, CDR and xDR, identity resolution, SQL, data mapping. • Strong working knowledge of TM Forum SID, eTOM, and 3GPP charging and CDR structures. • Practical understanding of BSS and OSS: product catalogue, order, mediation, rating, billing, collections, inventory. • Clear grasp of party, customer, account, subscriber, and service, and why flattening them breaks B2B and family plans. • Has worked on identity resolution using MSISDN, including portability, SIM swap, and number recycling. • Maps source systems to a canonical model and writes implementable specifications, not slide decks. • Customer data platform or single customer view delivery. • Consent and data governance frameworks. • Experience running requirements workshops with client stakeholders.
