Senior Director

• Senior Director grade, with a minimum of 12 years' relevant experience • At least two complete delivery cycles of events of comparable scale (mega-event, multi-venue, Mega sporting event ) • Venue master planning, zoning, dimensioned layouts and end-to-end visitor journeys produced personally • Stakeholder integration across marketing, sponsorships, influencers and players

• Leads end-to-end site masterplanning for large-scale, multi-venue mega events. You’ll turn the client’s high-level vision into a full implementation plan for each event cycle, covering venue footprint, infrastructure, resources and timelines. • Heads a large multidisciplinary planning team: allocating design, drafting and F&B planning work, keeping delivery on track, and acting as the client’s single point of accountability for performance and output. • This is a hands-on producing role.
