Senior .NET Developer

• Lead the design and development of backend solutions using C# and .NET technologies • Conduct system analysis, propose architectural improvements, and ensure best practices • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Mentor and guide junior developers, review code, and promote software development standards • Participate in planning, estimation, and technical decision-making processes • Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability through proper design and implementation • 5+ years of professional experience in backend development with Microsoft technologies (C#, .NET / .NET Core) • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and clean coding principles • Experience with RESTful APIs, Entity Framework, and SQL databases • Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into technical specifications • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients and internal stakeholders • Proven experience in leading or mentoring development teams
