• 12+ years of legal experience and qualification as a German Volljurist. • An established, portable book of business and a strong network among private equity firms, mid-market companies, or similar clients. • Experience with recurring, automatable work such as commercial contracts, IT and data, corporate and venture capital, or regulatory matters. • Fluent German for client work and professional English. • Interest in AI-enabled legal services and experience or familiarity with AI agents and legal AI tools.

Compensation & Benefits Annual salary of €200,000 to €300,000, plus meaningful equity. Visa sponsorship is not available. Location Hybrid work arrangement based in Berlin, Germany.
