Missions
• Evaluate technical specifications and identify the appropriate materials and services needed for projects.
• Scope of work ( Fit Out )
• Research potential suppliers and assess their capabilities based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Prepare and issue requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for quotations (RFQs) to receive bids from suppliers.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve the best possible pricing and contractual terms.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align procurement strategies with project needs and timelines.
• Monitor the procurement process from order placement to delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all procurement activities and supplier performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all procurement activities.
• Participate in supplier performance evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and process improvements within the procurement function.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in procurement engineering or a similar role, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of engineering materials, specifications, and procurement processes.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
