Senior Salesforce Developer with Copado

Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado and related DevOps tooling Manage deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production environments Support version control, branching strategies, release orchestration, backup, rollback, and environment management Partner with developers, admins, QA, and release stakeholders to define and improve deployment processes Troubleshoot deployment failures, metadata conflicts, and environment synchronization issues Establish standards for release governance, testing, compliance, and change management Automate repetitive deployment and validation tasks to improve delivery speed and quality Document release procedures, deployment checklists, and operational runbooks

4+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including deployment and release management Hands-on experience with Copado or similar Salesforce DevOps tools.
