Your team owns a clear mission end-to-end. You'll contribute to discovery, make technical decisions, build and release solutions, monitor production performance, and steadily raise quality standards, following our "you build it, you own it" approach. Beyond your immediate team, you'll stay connected with Qonto's wider Backend community through our Backend Guild, where engineers share knowledge, shape technical standards, and improve developer experience across the organization. ➡️ ABOUT YOU - Technical expertise: Strong backend engineering experience with exposure to large-scale web application architecture and real production constraints - Stack fluency: You don't need to know our exact stack, but you transfer fast and are comfortable with similar technologies - Quality-driven: You write tests, set up monitoring, handle incidents methodically, and do root cause analysis - Ownership mindset: You track impact after release, flag regressions, and improve what's in your scope without being asked - Team player: Comfortable working in squad teams with PMs, Designers, and other stacks; fluent in English ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ At Qonto, we understand that true diversity isn’t just about ticking boxes on a hiring checklist.
