• A Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, AI or a related field. • Significant professional experience (+10 years) in Computer Vision, Machine Learning and Deep Learning. • A strong scientific background and the ability to quickly understand and evaluate new research. • Broad knowledge of modern Visual AI technologies and architectures. • Hands-on technical experience to prototype ideas, review approaches and challenge the team where needed. • Strong Python skills; experience with C++ and AI deployment is a plus. • Experience leading technical teams and a genuine interest in coaching and mentoring others. • A pragmatic, business-oriented mindset with a good understanding of time, budget, risk and customer value. • Strong communication skills and the confidence to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We are looking for a Senior Team Lead AI – Computer Vision who combines strong technical expertise with leadership, curiosity and a pragmatic business mindset. You will help define our technical direction in Visual AI, lead and develop our AI team, and translate new developments in the field into technologies and solutions that create real customer value.
