Software Development Team Leader

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of full-stack developers, promoting best practices and continuous learning. • Manage the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software applications, ensuring scalability and maintainability. • Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical strategies. • Implement and advocate Agile methodologies to enhance team productivity and project visibility. • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and security protocols. • Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery of projects. • Stay current with technology trends and evaluate new tools and frameworks to enhance development processes.

Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development, including 3+ years in a software development leadership role. • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, React, or Vue.js. • Back-end development experience with Node.js, or .NET. • Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases. • Experience managing Agile teams. • Eligibility to work in Jordan. Preferred Qualifications • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. • Familiarity with containerization tools including Docker and Kubernetes. • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders.
