The Senior Project Manager is a prominent Project Management role with TE and the position holder will drive the successful performance of multiple high profile/value projects following defined methods and processes to achieve commercial and efficiency targets set by the business. The role is open to remote working, but proximity to a TE site for on-boarding and, when required, in-person work would be advantageous. There is also the option of full time on-site or hybrid remote and on-site working. Job Responsibilities • All aspects of Project Management from project inception to completion • Working with global multi-disciplinary teams to engineer and manufacture products in a highly regulated environment • Risk Management and leadership of Risk Assessment activities • Development and maintenance of the Project Business Case alongside the Business Office • Development of detailed project schedules and resource plans, using the input of cross-functional stakeholders. • Reporting on Project status and being accountable for project progress against the Plan • Escalation of issues as applicable and utilisation of project change controls • Managing and being accountable for a project budget • Liaising with the Procurement function to ensure timely acquisition of goods and materials in support of project execution • Being the TE focal-point for customer-driven projects • Contribution to functional and business-wide Continuous Improvement efforts What your background should look like Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level About You The ideal candidate will have five or more years proven experience of leadership over multiple contiguous projects including those within a regulated field.
