UNLEASH AI INNOVATORS, SECURELY Software is being rewritten in real time. AI agents are starting to write more code than humans do, at a speed no security team has ever had to match, and that single shift is opening up the biggest opportunity our industry has seen in a decade. We're not bracing for it, we're building the company that owns it. Snyk is building the next generation security platform where security isn't a set of tools people operate. It's a team of security agents working alongside your engineers, finding, fixing, and governing risk at the speed software is now built. These agents work alongside both the company build and the agents they adopt. Security stops being a queue of work waiting for people, and becomes a coordinated workforce companies direct and trust. Job Summary Millions of developers now build software faster than ever, and that speed creates risk at a scale security teams have never had to absorb. As a Technical Success Manager (TSM) at Snyk, you will be the technical champion for a large portfolio of customers, helping them embed security directly into their development workflows and hit their DevSecOps goals on the Snyk platform. This is trusted advisory work at scale: you will use usage data and programmatic, high-impact engagements to help hundreds of customers unlock real business value rather than covering a handful of accounts one at a time. About the Team You will join the Technical Success team inside Snyk's Customer Experience organization, reporting into Technical Success leadership. The team owns technical outcomes and adoption across our highest-volume customer segment, running scaled programs, workshops, and digital enablement instead of one-to-one coverage. We work shoulder to shoulder with Sales, Support, Product, and Education so that what we learn from customers actually reaches the people who can act on it.
