Execution Research Group Lead

• Drive Execution Strategy: Set the vision and research roadmap for execution algorithms across two of the world's most dynamic and competitive equity markets. • Solve Complex Quantitative Problems: Apply strong quantitative methods to massive, high-frequency time-series data. You will model stochastic environments, optimize decision-making under latency constraints, and study market dynamics. • Fast Iteration & Hypothesis Testing: Rapidly test and deploy execution models in production with tight feedback loops. • Lead & Build the Team: Direct, mentor, and scale up a world class team of Researchers while closely collaborating with Engineers and Research Analytics to turn strategy ideas into robust production systems.

• Massive Scale & Direct PnL Impact: Ownership of execution across top-tier global exchanges, where your research directly drives performance. • Ultra-Fast Production Feedback: See your ideas validated in live markets within days. • Ownership & Flat Structure: Zero bureaucracy. You work side-by-side with tech leadership, make autonomous decisions, and directly shape your group's roadmap. • Top-Tier Talent & Tech Stack: High-performance low-latency infrastructure, massive market datasets, and Top Talented team onsite. • Premium Setup in Amsterdam: Primary location in Amsterdam with full relocation support.

We are looking for a hands-on Execution Research Group Lead to take full ownership of our Execution strategy across two major equity markets. In this role, you will be driving the research agenda, decoding complex market microstructure, and optimizing how our systems trade under extreme uncertainty. You will lead a targeted team of Researchers and work closely with dedicated Engineers and Research Analysts.
