• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience. • 7+ years of experience in software development across web, mobile applications, APIs, and back-end systems, with hands-on use of modern technologies and AI. • 5+ years working in startup or small team environments, demonstrating ability to operate effectively with limited resources. • 4+ years of experience managing and scaling offshore engineering teams. • 5+ years of experience delivering B2B, B2C, and SaaS solutions, with a focus on customer service and highly transactional systems. • 3+ years leading agile teams with a strong customer-first mindset. • Proficient in PHP, React, React Native, RESTful APIs, MySQL or PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical solutions with strategic objectives. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams. •
