About Janus Digital Janus Digital is the agentic AI platform that runs the world’s real assets, earning only on the additional value it creates. Built on 15+ years of foundational R&D and more than $100M invested, the platform is live across 10,000+ building datasets in 253 cities, trusted by Fortune Global 500 companies, sovereign wealth funds and premium hospitality brands. About This Role •      First marketing hire: you will be the first person in marketing at Janus Digital, and we will build the team around you. Initially you must be capable of, and willing to, carry out every aspect of marketing yourself – from strategy and positioning through content, paid media, MarTech and reporting – with a strong focus on sales enablement and AI-native ways of working. •      Strategy and execution in one seat: you own Janus Digital’s marketing strategy end to end, setting direction, priorities and budget, and then deliver it day to day, sleeves rolled up. •      This is not a delegate-only director role: you will run campaigns, manage the MarTech stack and execute paid media personally while you build and shape the team around you.
