Quality-focused: uses reviews, testing, documentation and the four-eyes principle before release. Collaborative: works visibly in the team backlog and actively transfers knowledge. Pragmatic and accountable: selects maintainable solutions and communicates progress, risks and dependencies clearly. Expected deliverables End-to-end solution architecture and clearly documented architecture decisions. Data, integration, security, environment and ALM concepts suitable for implementation. Architecture review outcomes, risk register and actionable technical guidance. Delivery-team coaching, design assurance and production-readiness recommendations. What success looks like: Solutions meet business needs while remaining secure, scalable and supportable. Architecture decisions are understandable, traceable and implementable by delivery teams. Technical risks are identified and mitigated before they affect releases. Governance enables delivery rather than creating unnecessary complexity.
