Procurement Project Manager – UK

As Procurement Project Manager at Helsing, you will take ownership of procurement activities across development and customer projects, working within established programme structures while bringing increasing independence to how you manage suppliers, timelines, and cost. You will be involved early in project phases, giving you the opportunity to contribute to sourcing decisions before they become fixed constraints. Your work connects engineering, supply chain, production, and external partners, and your ability to coordinate across those boundaries will determine whether projects are set up to deliver. From prototyping through to production ramp-up, you will ensure that the right suppliers are selected, that costs stay on track, and that quality is maintained throughout. At this level, you will be building the experience and judgement needed to manage increasingly complex scopes, supported by senior colleagues while taking genuine responsibility for defined workstreams.

Who we are Helsing is a defence AI company. Our mission is to protect our democracies. We aim to achieve technological leadership, so that open societies can continue to make sovereign decisions and control their ethical standards. As democracies, we believe we have a special responsibility to be thoughtful about the development and deployment of powerful technologies like AI. We take this responsibility seriously. We are an ambitious and committed team of engineers, AI specialists and customer-facing programme managers. We are looking for mission-driven people to join our European teams – and apply their skills to solve the most complex and impactful problems. We embrace an open and transparent culture that welcomes healthy debates on the use of technology in defence, its benefits, and its ethical implications.
