Senior Frontend Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain product features end-to-end within a cross-functional team, from requirement refinement to production release. • Take ownership of existing Angular codebase areas after the departing engineer: understand, stabilize, and improve them without slowing down the roadmap. • Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code: code reviews, unit tests (Vitest), and lightweight design documentation as part of the daily routine. • Contribute to frontend architecture decisions and platform health: performance, framework upgrades, NX monorepo structure, CI/CD improvements. • Drive AI adoption on both fronts: building frontend for AI-powered product features, and integrating AI tooling into the development workflow itself. • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and tooling across the community.

• 3+ years of commercial experience with Angular(latest versions preferred). • Experience owning a product end-to-end, including analysing the metrics that tell you whether it actually worked. • Strong product and UX judgment, you can recognize when an interaction doesn't feel right and propose a better solution. • Fluency in modern Angular: standalone components, signals, current change detection and DI patterns, not experience from several years ago followed by a switch to another framework. • Advanced RxJS and TypeScript in real production scenarios: confident design and debugging of complex reactive flows (stream composition, cancellation, race conditions, error handling) and fluency in a strictly typed codebase. • Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex Angular application architectures at scale, module and component boundaries, decisions that hold up as the codebase grows. • Hands-on experience with unit testing (Vitest preferred, Jest acceptable) as a regular part of the daily routine, not an afterthought. • Hands-on experience with agentic AI development. For us this is a must, not a bonus: active daily use of coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar), the ability to write effective skills, prompts, and instructions for them, understanding of the principles behind how agents operate (context, tools, feedback loops), and structuring code and documentation so agents can work with the codebase effectively. • Comfort working across the backend boundary: writing or fixing a SQL query, adjusting endpoint validation, or tracing an issue through the API layer. You don't need to be a backend engineer, but stopping at the frontend border isn't an option. • Intermediate English (B1+) and fluent Russian. • Full overlap with CET working hours.

• High-impact environment: A chance to contribute to a product-driven company in the medical tech space. • Growth & compensation: Clear growth opportunities and a competitive compensation package. • Remote-first: Fully remote long-term collaboration under a B2B model. • Health & wellness: Health insurance after the probation period, plus sports & wellness compensation. • Career development: Clear growth opportunities, including personalized English lessons via Preply. • Time off: 19 paid vacation days annually, 4 additional wellness days each year, and paid sick leave for the first 5 working days. • Culture: Thoughtful gifts for key life events and offline corporate events. Description MEDvidi is an AI-powered mental healthcare platform setting a new standard for safe, effective, and scalable psychiatric care in the United States. We combine licensed providers with proprietary AI tools to deliver consistent, outcomes-driven treatment for conditions like ADHD, anxiety, depression, and more. MEDvidi's technology automates charting, follow-ups, and treatment planning, freeing providers to focus on patient care while improving efficiency and clinical quality. As a product-focused Senior Frontend Developer on our AI track, you'll own frontend delivery end-to-end for products that directly affect how patients access mental health care and how our clinicians and staff work day-to-day. Your work sits at the intersection of a large, actively evolving Angular codebase and our AI-first product surface - patient-facing applications, internal tools for doctors and administrators, and the frontend for AI-powered features like our AI clinical assistant and AI receptionist. You'll work in a small cross-functional product team, taking features from requirement refinement through production release. Why this role: • Real product ownership in autonomous cross-functional team, you shape what gets built, not just how. • Deep hands-on work on AI-powered clinical and administrative products, with AI-assisted development as a first-class part of the engineering culture (Claude Code, Cursor, and beyond). • Modern Angular at scale: an actively evolving monorepo on the latest Angular versions, not a legacy graveyard. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain product features end-to-end within a cross-functional team, from requirement refinement to production release. This role is not for you if: • You're waiting for someone else to define what to build,we expect you to come up with ideas, take them through discovery and development, ship them, and own the results after launch. • You need a fully-specced ticket queue and a PM/BA translating everything for you • You see AI coding agents as a novelty rather than a core part of how modern frontend work gets done. Requirements • 3+ years of commercial experience with Angular(latest versions preferred). You don't need to be a backend engineer, but stopping at the frontend border isn't an option. • Intermediate English (B1+) and fluent Russian. • Full overlap with CET working hours. Would be a plus: • Experience building UI for AI/LLM-powered features. • Deep understanding of responsive design, our patients access the platform primarily from mobile devices, and interfaces must be flawless across screen sizes. • Proficiency in optimizing web application performance across different surfaces: patient-facing product and internal tools for doctors, managers, and admins (data-heavy interfaces, large tables and lists, real-time updates). What we offer • High-impact environment: A chance to contribute to a product-driven company in the medical tech space.
