Senior IT Lawyer

• Provide legal support for the company’s operations in several jurisdictions • Provide legal support for investment activities • Draft and review all types of agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents • Advise on IP- and personal data-related matters • Assist Sales and other departments during the negotiation phase concerning contracts and approval phases of contracts with clients, partners, and suppliers • Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law • Proven track record and 5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in IT) • Solid experience in commercial and civil law, including client agreements, tenders, and legal support of investments • Expertise in IP law • Detail-oriented mindset • At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English We’re looking for a Senior IT Lawyer who thrives at the intersection of law and business. From cross-border agreements and investment projects to IP, you’ll navigate complex legal challenges and turn them into practical solutions.   As a Senior IT Lawyer, you will play a key role in safeguarding our business by drafting and reviewing agreements, advising on IP and guiding investment activities.
