Sr. Power BI Developer

▪ Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to understand the business requirements and deliver appropriate visual reports and dashboards by using Power BI ▪ Connect to various data sources as needed for developing necessary reports ▪ Strong proficiency in using DAX queries ▪ Ensure the accuracy of the deliverables through quality assurance practice ▪ Develop strong understanding on business requirements in order to create necessary calculation logics for various metrics ▪ Run queries to check any report/data issues for punctual reporting and escalation ▪ Schedule BI reports/dashboard and conduct performance tuning

▪ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field ▪ 5+ years of experience in related fields with one or more BI tools + experience in Power BI is mandatory ▪ Ability to explain and elaborate complexed ideas effectively to various stakeholders ▪ Experience in ETL development using tools such as ADF, SSIS ▪ Experience with Qlik Replicate ▪ Experience in handling large datasets, relational database and distributed systems ▪ Experience with Azure, AWS or other mainstream cloud computing platforms ▪ Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement ▪ Excellent project and time management skills ▪ Strong problem solving and verbal and written communication skills ▪ Proficiency in using collaborative development tools such as git, Jira, DevOps, etc. ▪ Ability to work independently or with a group ▪ Must be fluent in English ▪ Authorized to work in the Philippines without any restrictions
