Our business, and reputation, is growing fast and we’re always on the lookout for individuals who share our intellectual curiosity and desire to build a positive legacy through technology. AI is an epoch-defining technology, join a company where you’ll be empowered to envision its most powerful applications, and to make them happen. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Talent Partner at Faculty, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process, attracting and engaging exceptional talent to power our high-growth business goals. Operating within our People team, you will serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers across all levels while driving an inclusive, world-class candidate experience within the commercial space and across our Central Functions. This is an opportunity to shape our hiring strategy, solve complex talent challenges, and directly contribute to building a world-leading AI organisation. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: - Owning the recruitment lifecycle from initial scoping through to interviewing, offer management, and candidate onboarding. - Sourcing passive talent creatively across platforms like LinkedIn, networking channels, and referrals to build diverse candidate pipelines. - Partnering closely with business leaders as a trusted advisor, offering data-backed insights and guiding recruitment strategy. - Designing structured interview packs and assessment criteria to ensure objective, high-quality hiring decisions. - Driving diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout every step of the hiring funnel. - Analysing recruitment data and pipeline metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize process performance. - Amplifying Faculty’s employer brand by representing the company at industry events, conferences, and meetups. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - You bring experience managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes, ideally within a fast-moving, in-house environment within the commercial and/or GTM space. - You possess strong direct-sourcing skills and know how to leverage modern applicant tracking systems to engage top-tier passive candidates. - You excel at stakeholder management, building authentic relationships across all levels while balancing support with constructive challenge. - You take an agile, problem-solving approach to recruitment, adapting quickly to change while upholding high standards of confidentiality and compliance. - You prioritise quality over volume, demonstrating resilience and a dedication to delivering an outstanding, inclusive candidate experience. - You are a confident, articulate communicator who thrives as a brand ambassador, passionately sharing our culture and ambition with prospective talent. OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS 1. Initial Talent Screen (30 mins) 2. Introductory interview with the Hiring Manager (45 mins) 3. Competency & Scenario based interview (60 mins) OUR RECRUITMENT ETHOS We aim to grow the best team - not the most similar one. We know that diversity of individuals fosters diversity of thought, and that strengthens our principle of seeking truth. And we know from experience that diverse teams deliver better work, relevant to the world in which we live. We’re united by a deep intellectual curiosity and desire to use our abilities for measurable positive impact. We strongly encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, ethnicities, genders, religions and sexual orientations. If you don’t feel you meet all the requirements, but are excited by the role and know you bring some key strengths, please don't hesitate in applying as you might be right for this role, or other roles. We are open to conversations about part-time hours. A note on AI: we're happy for you to use it for research and interview prep, but please don't use it to generate answers during live interviews. We also use an AI note-taker (Metaview) in interviews so interviewers can stay present (which you can opt out of just let us know,) and every application is reviewed by a human, never decided by AI.
