Working Student - Fund Operations & Structuring (f/m/d)

This is a part-time role supporting our fund operations and structuring teams. You will take on the recurring documentation and data work that keeps our fund records complete and audit-ready: gathering account statements, logging them into our database, and working through structured clean-up tasks. We are a tech-enabled firm and we expect you to work that way. Using AI tools to speed up repetitive work is not a bonus here, it is part of how the role is done. This is not an internship. It takes time to learn how our funds and structures work and where accuracy matters, so we are looking for someone who wants to stay in the role and grow with it.

• Bachelor's degree completed, currently enrolled in a Master's program in finance, economics, law, or a related field • Previous experience in audit, banking, or financial services. This is a must, not a nice to have • Available at least 50% alongside your studies. Hours are flexible so you can keep your studies on track • Ready to commit for at least six months • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with structured data • Fluent with AI tools and quick to figure out where they save time • Precise and reliable. You care whether a record is correct, not just complete • Comfortable working independently and asking when something is unclear • Fluent in English; German is a plus

• Real ownership of the documentation and data groundwork, not shadowing • A team that actually uses AI tools in daily work, and room to bring your own • Insight into how funds are operated and structured at a regulated Swiss asset manager • Close collaboration with a small, senior team • Flexible hours around your study schedule and a hybrid setup in Zurich • A role you can grow into over at least six months • If it works well on both sides, we'd be glad to keep you on full-time after you graduate Stableton is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
