Remote - U.S. & Canada Only | Full-Time Compensation: • $65K - $95K USD (U.S.-based candidates) • $65K - $95K CAD (Canada-based candidates) We're Not Looking for Employees. We're Looking for Builders. Level Agency is hiring a sharp, proactive Account Manager — someone who thrives at the intersection of performance, collaboration, and client partnership. You’re a translator of data into strategy, a supporter of teams, and a champion of client success. You don’t just “manage” — you move things forward. This Isn’t for Everyone. We’re building something rare: a place where growth, truth, and high performance go hand-in-hand. You’ll thrive here if: ✅ You think like an owner — not a task manager. ✅ You know how to support and elevate a team, not just track tasks. ✅ You don’t wait for instruction — you lead with clarity and initiative. ✅ You get excited about using AI to supercharge your work. And you’ll struggle here if: ❌ You need constant direction or hand-holding. ❌ Feedback feels like criticism instead of opportunity. ❌ You’re not ready to move fast and raise the bar.
