Apache Kafka Devops

• Administer and evolve the Apache Kafka platform; • Work on cluster architecture, including Brokers, KRaft, replication, and min.insync.replicas • Configure and manage Kafka Connect and Schema Registry using Avro / JSON • Implement security controls such as mTLS and ACLs • Tune platform performance, including JVM, retention, and cleanup policies - Manage storage and Persistent Volumes • Support incident resolution and continuous platform improvement

• Experience in Apache Kafka administration - Strong knowledge of Azure - Fluent in Portuguese and English • Strong problem-solving and technical communication skills
