• High school diploma/GED required. • 2+ years of related experience or a 2-year degree. • Healthcare, insurance, medical billing, or customer service experience preferred. • Benefits verification experience strongly preferred. • Strong computer, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. • Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
