• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements. • Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding. • Support internally developed software applications throughout their lifecycle, including requirements management and process improvement. • Conduct backlog refinement and prioritize requirements with product owners and development teams. • Utilize requirements management, process modeling, and documentation tools to create actionable solutions. • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Ensure deliverables align with Agile/Scrum methodologies and organizational goals. • Work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment. • Strong record maintenance and attention to detail in support of ongoing application re-certifications process.

• Typically requires minimum of 5 years of experience or minimum of 3 years of experience with Advanced degree. Bachelor’s degree. • Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments. • Experience supporting software applications throughout their lifecycle. • Experience gathering and documenting complex business requirements. • Experience facilitating discussions among technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Familiarity with international trade processes, import/export compliance, or customs-related business functions. • Experience working with distributed global teams. • Agile background. • Experience with system audits.
