Responsibilities
• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth and/or onsite clinical support
• Provide Critical Incident Stress Management/Support (CISM/CISP) to individuals or groups affected by critical incidents, traumatic events, or high-stress situations
• Support clients experiencing a broad range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and more
• Apply evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches to assessment, intervention, and psychological support
• Partner with our internal clinical team to improve programs and platform outcomes
• Provide timely documentation and case notes in accordance with clinical and platform requirements
Requirements
Requirements:
• Education: Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology
• Expertise: CBT or other evidence-based approaches (MI, DBT, SFBT, etc.)
• Experience: Minimum of 300 post-master’s clinical hours
• Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English; proficiency in Hejazi Arabic is preferred.
• Preferred: EAP experience, CISP Experience, or Group counseling
• Bonus: Openness to occasional onsite work
